MY FITNESS STORY
After finishing high school in 2017, I was 5'5" and 180lbs—carrying the weight of more than just bad decisions. I knew something had to change. So I started small: eating better, cutting out the obvious habits that were hurting me, and slowly shifting toward choices that gave me energy instead of draining it.
Over the years, I kept refining—running, hitting the gym, diving into research to understand how to improve. It wasn’t a straight path. There were setbacks, lost time, and plenty of ups and downs. But I stayed committed. And with the encouragement of people who believed in me, I finally reached my goal.
Six years later, I’m not just proud of the physical transformation—I’m proud of the discipline, the growth, and the resilience it took to get here.
I created this program to empower people—not just for the time we spend together, but for the long haul. My goal is to equip every individual with the tools, knowledge, and encouragement they need to continue their fitness journey with confidence and clarity. When our sessions end, their transformation doesn’t. It’s just the beginning.
